Each class was challenged to create a Vocabulary Hat to represent words and their meanings using art and craft materials. Children explored word origins, class and definitions and were inspired to create some truly creative and distinctive hats, we also had certificates and held a 'Vocabulary Hat Parade' to celebrate our vocabulary learning. Some of the words we explored were colourful, unusual, flourescent, submerge and dazzling. Check out the gallery to see our amazing designs!
